Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products need to be returned in original packaging and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable, the returned goods will be inspected upon receiving them. We will notify you by email that we have received the goods and of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and should show in your bank account or original method of payment within a few working days.

Because our products are both seasonal and highly perishable, we’ve created a clear and simple refund policy that balances fairness for our customers with the sustainability of our farm. Please note that we do not accept returns due to the nature of these fresh goods.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or replacement if:
  • The produce arrived damaged, spoiled, or rotten.
  • Items were missing from your order.
  • You received the wrong item(s).
  • Your order was not delivered (unless due to incorrect address provided by the customer).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

3. Refund Options

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned due to taste preferences or appearance when the items are intact
  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Items not stored properly after delivery
